Key features:
Culture Assessment survey: Automatic survey launching to assess the current state of an organization's culture.
Data-Driven Insights: Analytical insights derived from employee feedback and other data sources, displayed in a clear dashboard.
Custom Action Plans: Tailored strategies and action plans based on the data.
A key challenge once that there was already a lot of existing data which needed to be migrated to the Bubble app.
