Orchestra X app lets users conveniently buy concert tickets in advance, affecting users who need guaranteed seats on their arrival at the Orchestra by providing them with a seamless experience, starting from booking their tickets, to getting seated. Effectiveness will be measured by reading user reviews and monitoring user referrals.

My Role:

UX designer designing an app for Orchestra X from conception to delivery. This included the app’s interface.

My Responsibilities:

Conducting user research and interviews, paper and digital wire-framing, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility and iterating on designs, etc.

As the UX Designer for Orchestra X, an experimental concert ticketing app, I applied design principles and methodologies authored by Google. Through extensive user research, ideation, prototyping, and iterative testing, I designed the app to connect music enthusiasts with their favourite concerts effortlessly. Orchestra X showcases my dedication to user-centred design and delivering an exceptional user experience.
