The Community Integrity Org at Meta built protection and support experiences across the family of apps (Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram).

Our team’s work focussed predominantly on enforcement and behavioural change, helping to tackle integrity challenges stemming from behaviours such as nudity, self harm, child safety, suicide, and terror organisations.

This was a highly technical and cross-functional role, and included a significant component of collaboration with product pillars across the company, legal teams, policy teams, as well as Governments, Law Enforcement Bodies, and Non-Profit Organisations.
