Find the right therapist with Mental Health Match

I had the pleasure of working with the Mental Health Match team through one of the more pivotal moments in the company's history. They were undergoing re-brand project with the talented folks at Fernweh, and were now looking for product and design collaboration to bring the brand to life.

Building on the fantastic foundations laid by the team, and adopting a first-principles approach, we designed and built a marketing site and product experience that let their new identity shine through.

While design mocks are great, it's best appreciated by exploring the site yourself:

First and foremost, our goal was to re-invigorate the site with the new brand identity – an update much needed, and excitedly anticipated. At the time of writing, the metrics are very much directional – being approximately one month since launch, and with seasonality being a factor in the industry, we're unable to draw hard conclusions.

That being said, the data we are seeing is highly promising; conversions and conversion quality have increased, and the qualitative feedback and sentiment from both Therapists and Therapy Seekers re-enforces this.
