POS-Padi is a mobile and web-based platform designed to help POS agents manage operations efficiently, prevent fraud, and gain access to a verified cash supply network. It supports real-time transaction tracking, intelligent alerts, dispute resolution, network of cash suppliers and detailed analytics targeted to help POS agents and business owners operate more effectively in both urban and underserved rural areas. POS-Padi enhances operational reliability, service delivery and strengthens customer trust in POS transactions.
Problem statement:
POS agents face serious operational issues that threaten efficiency, revenue, and trust. These include:
○ High rates of fraudulent transactions and cash theft
○ Inefficient dispute resolution and customer dissatisfaction
○ Frequent cash shortages due to limited liquidity sources
○ Lack of tools for real-time tracking, agent performance monitoring, and analytics
Goal of the MVP:
Validate that POS agents will adopt a platform offering:
● Real-time transaction monitoring.
● AI-driven fraud alerts.
● Cash supplier connectivity.
● Dispute resolution tools
