At Betatenant, a platform focused on simplifying rental processes and improving tenant-landlord relationships. I contributed to building seamless and user-friendly web experiences for both property seekers and owners.

UI Implementation: Translated Figma designs into responsive, maintainable components using React.js, Typescript and Tailwind CSS, ensuring a consistent and modern look across the platform.

State Management & Data Fetching: Utilized Zustand for efficient state management and React Query to handle asynchronous data fetching, caching, and synchronization—enhancing performance and user experience across dynamic views like property listings and tenant profiles.

Real-Time Chat Feature: Developed and integrated a real-time chat system enabling seamless communication between tenants and landlords, improving engagement and problem resolution.

Feature Ownership: Led key user flows including property search, tenant applications, and booking workflows, optimizing usability and reducing friction.
