Challenge: Ukrainian specialty coffee brand, Fresh Black, approached us with a unique request—to develop a captivating concept for their drip coffee. Fresh Black wasn't just seeking ordinary packaging; they were in need of ingenious ideas and a comprehensive concept that would not only grab the audience's attention but also elevate brand recognition.
Solution: Several innovative concepts were proposed, among which the "Kvit Drip" ( Kvitka - Flower in Ukrainian) idea was chosen for realization. Given Fresh Black's status as a specialty coffee brand boasting unique coffee varieties and flavors, we decided to take a bold step by crafting the most floral-infused drip coffee the world had seen. This concept revolved around combining 5 distinct coffee blends, each with floral flavor profiles, into a single package, accompanied by an extraordinary addition – a blooming seed card.
Implementation Strategy: Understanding Fresh Black's commitment to premium coffee experiences, we embarked on a journey to create a truly unforgettable concept:
The Ultimate Floral Drips: Our coffee experts and baristas meticulously selected 5 coffee varieties, each with its own floral undertones, to compose a harmonious and aromatic ensemble. This blend was the heart of the "Kvit Drip" concept, aimed at tantalizing taste buds and delighting the senses.
To add an extra layer of intrigue, we paired each coffee variety with a unique and captivating illustration of a flower, thoughtfully designed to resonate with the flavor profile. Accompanying these illustrations were brief narratives, allowing customers to immerse themselves in a mini botanical journey while their coffee steeped. These engaging stories added an element of anticipation and storytelling to the coffee brewing process, enhancing the overall experience.
This combination of enticing flavors, exquisite packaging design, and the charming narratives around each coffee variety elevated the "Kvit Drip" concept from a mere product to a sensory and intellectual delight, aligning perfectly with Fresh Black's dedication to excellence
The Extraordinary Element: Blooming Seed Card:Innovation was taken a step further by introducing a unique component – the blooming seed card. Packaged alongside the coffee, this card contained flower seeds that customers could plant, allowing them to nurture and grow their own blossoms. This personalized touch extended the brand experience beyond just coffee consumption.
Results:
The implementation of the multichannel communication strategy yielded impressive outcomes, firmly establishing "Kvit Drip" as a remarkable success for Fresh Black:
Market Leader: "Kvit Drip" emerged as the top-selling drip coffee line for Fresh Black. Its unique concept and captivating execution resonated strongly with consumers, resulting in remarkable sales figures.

Retail Partner Engagement: The "Kvit Drip" product line caught the attention of Ukraine's leading supermarket chain, "Silpo." Impressed by the concept and its potential, Silpo placed additional orders for the floral drip coffee, demonstrating the strong demand among consumers.
