Myaa began as a broad AI-powered lifestyle idea: help people discover travel, activities, offers, and social experiences through a more personalized platform. The opportunity touched multiple customer needs and revenue paths, but it required a focused business model before product development and partner activity could move in the same direction.
Pain points
The concept covered many categories and risked becoming too broad.
The customer value proposition needed to be clear before adding features.
Vendors and partners needed a reason to participate and a defined role.
Monetization options had to fit naturally within the customer experience.
AI needed specific jobs to perform rather than being used as a vague product label.
Product, commercial, and operating decisions needed a shared roadmap.
My role
I created the business model, shaped the product offering, developed the vendor and partner relationship approach, and organized the commercial and operating direction. I worked across product positioning, customer journeys, partnership strategy, monetization, and market-entry planning.
Strategy and execution
I separated the concept into distinct customer jobs: discover relevant options, make confident choices, access useful offers, coordinate experiences, and connect socially when appropriate. From there, I mapped the product categories, partner roles, value exchange, revenue opportunities, and operational requirements.
What I delivered
Core business model and customer value proposition
Product architecture across discovery, recommendations, travel, activities, offers, and social connection
Customer journeys for key use cases
Vendor and partner relationship model
Monetization paths aligned with platform activity
Product positioning and category structure
Practical AI roles in personalization, recommendations, support, and efficiency
A phased product and go-to-market direction
Business impact
The work moved Myaa from a wide lifestyle concept toward a structured platform business with clearer users, partners, offerings, and revenue logic. It gave product and commercial decisions a common foundation and made the concept easier to explain to collaborators and prospective partners.
Created the business model, product offering, partner framework, market positioning, and operating direction for an AI-powered lifestyle platform concept.
