ELE Benefit Services combines several ideas that employers normally evaluate separately: business efficiency, access to employee care, voluntary benefits, and active wellness. The opportunity was strong, but the offer could become difficult to understand if every component was presented at once without a clear commercial story.
Pain points
Multiple service components competed for attention.
Finance leaders, HR teams, and employees needed different levels of explanation.
The public message had to separate the value of the offering from the responsibilities of benefit and program partners.
The website needed to educate serious buyers without overwhelming them.
Sales conversations required a repeatable path from initial interest to evaluation.
My role
I developed the business offering, product positioning, marketing direction, sales framework, and website information architecture. I worked at the intersection of offer design, sales enablement, buyer education, and operational clarity.
Strategy and execution
I organized the offer around the employer’s decision process rather than around internal program components. The message begins with the business problem, explains how the coordinated offering works, gives decision-makers the information needed to evaluate fit, and leads them toward a focused sales conversation.
What I delivered
A structured value proposition for finance, HR, and company leadership
Clear positioning across employer efficiency, employee care, workforce protection, and wellness
A buyer journey from awareness through evaluation and inquiry
Sales talking points and a practical framework for discovery conversations
Website architecture covering how it works, savings, employee care, wellness, eligibility, case studies, compliance, FAQs, and disclosures
Clear separation between ELE’s business-development role and partner/program responsibilities
Business impact
The work converted a complicated collection of services into a coherent commercial offer. A prospective employer can now understand the business problem, see how the components connect, evaluate relevance, and identify the next step without needing an internal explanation first.
The result is a stronger foundation for marketing, sales conversations, partner alignment, and future campaign development.
Turned a complex employee-benefits concept into a clear business offer, buyer journey, sales narrative, and website structure for employer decision-makers.
