EleBands is more than a single fitness product. It brings together wearable resistance products, digital experiences, coaching concepts, wellness programs, business partnerships, logistics, and related brands. The challenge was to turn that broad vision into an understandable product ecosystem and an executable commercial plan.
Pain points
Product ideas, technology, marketing, and operations could develop in separate directions.
Different audiences—consumers, partners, employers, and wellness communities—needed different entry points.
The customer journey required structure from first discovery through purchase, onboarding, engagement, and continued use.
New technology and AI ideas needed practical business use cases, not novelty.
Fulfillment, partners, support, and customer experience had to align with the offer.
My role
I worked across product development, business architecture, application planning, AI integration, logistics, brand positioning, marketing, sales funnels, and go-to-market execution. My role was to connect the parts, establish priorities, and translate the vision into work teams could execute.
Strategy and execution
I organized the business around clear customer journeys and commercial channels. Product, content, sales, operations, and technology decisions were evaluated by how they supported a customer outcome and a viable path to market.
What I delivered
Product and offer architecture across the EleBands ecosystem
Customer journeys covering discovery, purchase, onboarding, coaching, engagement, and progress
Sales-funnel strategy for consumer, partnership, referral, and business-service channels
Brand and marketing direction focused on accessible everyday movement, health, and performance
Practical AI use cases for personalization, support, content production, and operating efficiency
Logistics and fulfillment considerations tied to product and customer experience
Cross-functional priorities connecting product, marketing, sales, technology, and operations
Business impact
The work created a clearer path from a broad product vision to an organized commercial system. Teams can see how individual initiatives connect to the customer journey, the sales process, and operating requirements.
This case study reflects the work I do best: take a complicated idea, identify the commercial core, structure the moving parts, and help people execute against one direction.
Connected product development, customer experience, marketing, sales, technology planning, and operations into one practical growth direction for EleBands.
