In the competitive world of e-commerce, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok sellers face significant challenges in maximizing their brand visibility and revenue. Many struggle with fragmented brand management strategies, inefficient FBA wholesale operations, and the complexity of managing a multi-platform presence. These issues often result in missed opportunities, inconsistent branding, and revenue loss.

As the design team behind Shopinecom, we took on the challenge of transforming the brand management experience for sellers across these major platforms. Our goal was to design a web solution that simplifies and optimizes brand management and FBA wholesale operations, enabling businesses to achieve greater efficiency and sustainable growth.
To accomplish this, we conducted in-depth research to understand the real pain points of Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok sellers. We translated these insights into a cohesive design strategy focused on usability, strong functionality, and a seamless user experience.
Through user-centered design and strategic decision-making, we helped shape Shopinecomโ€”a powerful platform that empowers e-commerce sellers to manage their brands more effectively and increase revenue. This case study reflects our ability to design solutions that solve complex business challenges while delivering meaningful and high-quality user experiences that drive measurable success.
