Solace New York

Overview

Solace New York is a luxury fitness gym located conveniently near the 6 train subway in the heart of Manhattan, NYC. And from strength training to nutrition coaching, they offer everything athletes need to achieve health and fitness goals. They're damn good at what they do, too!
After the pandemic hit NYC, their 11,000+ square foot facility was forced to close its doors for everyone, including the coaches. The gym faced heavy losses as people started cancelling their memberships and soon Solace was forced to think about letting go of their coaches.
Here's when we talked about exploring the other market segment - people who are stuck at home and still want to maintain their fitness. Hence, Solace decided to switch to a digital subscription model, at least until gyms were allowed to reopen again in New York.

"Never Miss a Workout" 💪🏼

The campaign was soon launched to promote Solace Virtual platform where live virtual fitness classes were held for members only.
Content & Social Media Strategy: Short engaging hype videos, daily class schedules, free fitness classes with the top coaches on IGTV, sneak peeks into at home and backyard sessions, exclusive fitness blog posts and fitness EdTalks (for members only). The content was distributed through Instagram and Pinterest which proved to be very helpful in reaching our target audience.
Landing Page: Designed a landing page specifically to get signups, and display the monthly class & events schedule.
Platform Development:  Worked with the development team to design the user flow of the Solace Virtual platform. Also, designed and helped develop the front-end layout of the platform.

The Outcome✨

The campaign targeted individuals who weren't getting enough time to workout and stay fit while working from home. Obviously, the IGTV fitness sessions and the supporting content got their attention, and encouraged more than 200 people to sign up in the first month of Solace Virtual launch.
