User pain point: Real estate brokers have a hard job, one of the many things required of them is to take care of the team the develop and continue to grow the team. Limited technology is on the market to support these unique needs.
Business: a major KPI for the company was agent adds and that had been decreasing. The business wanted to better support their core clients, the brokers.
