Between 2020 to 2023, the world was living in and through the pandemic. From the consumer trend studies, we noticed that the savings accumulated throughout the time from sheltering at home is being deployed into retail, particularly at the end of 2021 and throughout 2022.

This data/insight is indicative for our business to rethink the in-person shopping experience on our app, hence the redesign of the mobile in-store reward system.
