Beyond the Bus Station: Urban Regeneration & Campus Integration

Project Overview:

( Beyond the Bus Station ) represents a comprehensive strategic vision for urban regeneration and the revitalization of the campus area, designed to seamlessly integrate with the adjacent transport hub (as featured in my portfolio). The project transforms the site into active, vibrant urban spaces that enhance circulation and connect transport arteries with the surrounding urban and academic fabric in a sustainable and efficient manner.

Methodology & Design:

The master plan focuses on the redistribution of masses and spaces, organizing the primary circulation network and pathways to facilitate smooth pedestrian and vehicular movement. Carefully integrated green spaces and landscape elements establish a distinct visual identity, creating continuous visual and physical connectivity between the bus station and the university campus.
