The design system focuses on minimal layouts, soft visual hierarchy, and structured spacing to improve readability across the dashboard. Task statuses are grouped clearly using subtle color sections, while contextual menus and quick actions reduce unnecessary clicks during task management. The sidebar navigation was simplified to keep frequently used tools accessible without distracting users from the main workspace.
