Mirror360 | From MVP to Full-Scale Product

Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been the lead designer for Mirror360 — a platform helping employees and organizations reflect, grow, and connect through continuous feedback.

We started with a lean MVP that quickly evolved into a full product ecosystem — complete with branding, web design, and a free B2C version designed to attract users organically and convert them into company advocates.

My role included product design, UX research, A/B testing, prototyping, web design, branding, and email design.

Through rapid iterations and community insights, we shaped a product that’s both human-centered and business-driven.
