Al-Othaim introduced the $1.8 billion Konoz (Box of Treasures) project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project is a mixed-use development comprised of an entertainment city, a luxury hotel and residential offerings, in addition to commercial, F&B and retail outlets.

Spread over a 50,000 square meters (sqm) area, the Konoz project will offer commercial offices, retail and F&B outlets in addition to a 20,000 sqm entertainment city, a luxury hotel and serviced apartments.

Working in tandem with renown agency, STF, we were tasked with developing the city’s brand and visual identity. I was in charge of the website design and development in addition to assisting with branding, creating visual assets, and providing general design support.
