 I designed and developed a technical solution aimed at streamlining the responsibilities of restaurant employees/managers and providing a digital experience for their clients.

Here are the key responsibilities I had:

•Conducted extensive market research to determine the viability and product definition, taking into account user needs and market trends

•Developed a comprehensive business plan, outlining revenue streams and monetization strategies, as well as projected timelines and budgets

•Crafted a detailed development plan, breaking down the project into manageable stages and releases, while also overseeing the technical implementation as a developer

• Created and executed a successful marketing strategy to establish market presence and build brand recognition

• Built and launched the software product from inception to testing and final release

• Used marketing and sales techniques to successfully promote and sell the product to real customers, generating a user base of 25,000 unique users from 26 partner locations
