Led a team of 15 in designing and delivering the Omnipass mobile app, while developing a new business model that included additional functionalities and clients. This initiative proved successful in driving profitability and helped the company navigate challenging market conditions during Covid times.

Here are the key responsibilities I had:

• Researched markets and defined product features that drove business growth

• Analysed business processes and identified potential risks and corner cases that may impact the app's functionality

• Developed and implemented a business plan, including revenue generating strategies and an implementation plan

• Worked closely with a remote team of 15 people to prioritize the product backlog and support the product roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-value features

• Facilitated collaboration between the development team and stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery

• Actively monitored and managed the product's performance, resulting in a significant increase in active users from 8,000 to 50,000 in just 1.5 years
