Brand Protection platform - AI Technologies

I have been working on creating solutions related to Counterfeit, Brand & IP, and E-Commerce protection, using AI and Machine learning, Image Processing, and Text Processing technologies, with the help of two teams of 18 developers.

Here are the key responsibilities I had:

• Delivering brand and IP protection solutions to drive revenue growth and enhance user experience

• Analyzing processes, crafting clear user stories and requirements, and prioritizing backlog according to business value

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to clarify user stories and resolve problems

• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure high-quality product functionality

• Developing UI mockups to facilitate efficient development

• Conducting user and market research to inform product decisions and incorporate market trends

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for successful product development and delivery

• Managing agile development processes using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps

• Communicating updates and managing product roadmap for stakeholders
