A concise product walkthrough created to introduce BConnect's core experience.
BConnect is Baracoda's configurable software platform for accelerating the development of smart devices, AI algorithms, and mobile apps. I worked alongside product managers and engineers to turn its technical scope into clear product flows, a reusable interface system, an interactive prototype, and a launch story for CES 2025.
I was responsible for UX and UI design, prototyping, and the video presentation shown at CES 2025. Product architecture and engineering were collaborative efforts. My role was to make the platform understandable, testable, and presentation-ready.

Aligning the Product Logic

Before moving into polished UI, I used FigJam sessions to map journeys, edge cases, and platform behavior with product and engineering. This created a shared reference for decisions and exposed gaps while they were still inexpensive to solve.

Testing Flows Before Visual Polish

I translated the mapped logic into low-fidelity screens and clickable journeys. The prototype helped the team review end-to-end behavior, clarify technical constraints, and refine key interactions before investing in the final visual layer.

Building a Reusable UI Foundation

With the core flows validated, I designed a reusable UI kit and applied it across the main platform screens. The system gave BConnect a consistent visual language and made the product easier to demonstrate across prototypes, marketing materials, and stakeholder presentations.

Creating the CES 2025 Product Story

For Baracoda's CES 2025 showcase in Las Vegas, I built a high-fidelity interactive prototype and integrated it into the main presentation video. This turned a technically complex platform into a focused visual narrative for visitors, partners, and media on the exhibition floor.

Extending the Experience to Mobile Testing

I also designed mobile test application flows to validate how BConnect could support connected products in real-world scenarios. The goal was to test interaction patterns and platform behavior before adapting them to client-specific production apps.
