Situation

In 2017, national organic meal delivery company Fresh n’ Lean was frustrated by slow growth and lackluster media interest. For this reason, the company had hired several public relations consultants with the mission of significantly swelling their media footprint, gaining recognition as a business leader and increasing sales. We were among the hired consultancies. After several months of this arrangement, each consultant was terminated, except for us.

Strategy

With minimal previous media exposure in a highly saturated market, Fresh n’ Lean required aggressive relationship building between brand and media gatekeepers. We utilized our vast media network to cultivate meaningful connections, revised the company’s messaging, story and narrative, developed an affiliate marketing program with both media and influencers, and insured business-centric exposure with extensive media coaching and rebranding of the Founder and CEO.

Fresh n’ Lean reported a 562% 3-year growth, per Inc. Magazine’s 5000 List of the Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.
CNET called Fresh n’ Lean “The best prepared meal delivery service we've tried. Period. End of story.”
Forbes honored Fresh n’ Lean’s Founder and CEO by Forbes 30 Under 30.
Inc. Magazine recognized Fresh n’ Lean’s Founder and CEO as a 100 Top Founders of 2020.
