Mission Statement
Aspen Grove Child Care and Preschool is a place where the children of our community can participate in an environment that allows them to experience and learn from the diversity that each family brings to our community while developing a strong sense of self. We provide an environment for our community’s families that is open and welcoming for the sole purpose of enriching each and every child’s life. The children that attend Aspen Grove Child Care and Preschool will be encouraged to respect themselves, each other, nature, and their emotions.
2. Company Philosophy and Vision
Aspen Grove’s core values include community, safety, creativity and raising children organically. The 10- year vision of the company is to expand into a private school where children up to the age of 18 can partake in our community.
3. Company Goals
After 2 consistent years of surpassing 92% max profitability, the company will begin the process of opening a private elementary school for children through grade 6. Every company expansion will follow 2 consistent years of 92% max profitability.
4. Target Market
Aspen Grove’s target customers are families with infants and toddlers who need part-time or full-time care for their child or children. They are working professionals who need assistance from the community to raise their children in a wholesome way while they advance in their careers.
5. Industry
Kalispell, Montana and the surrounding areas are growing at a rapid and consistent pace. There is a consistent need for single family homes, jobs, and child care in the Flathead Valley. Many families are driving out of their way and willing to pay premium prices to find quality care for their children. Currently, there are only 25 licensed child care centers in Kalispell. The Flathead valley has a population over 100,000 people, and almost 6,000 of those residents are under the age of 5.
6. Legal Structure
Aspen Grove is registered with the state of Montana as an LLC and is a sole-proprietorship.
