Branding and Promotional Video: La Chamuyera

For this project, I developed the branding and promotional video for La Chamuyera, a craft beer inspired by courtship methods and the rich culture of Afro-descendant communities. The brand's visual and narrative identity revolves around the art of "chamuyo" — the playful and captivating art of seduction through words, gestures, and glances — celebrating authenticity and diversity.

The brand is personified by charismatic figures with curly hair or dark skin, icons representing strength, rhythm, and warmth. These characteristics are reflected in the design elements, as well as the colors and patterns used, evoking the vitality of Afro-descendant communities and their contribution to Uruguay’s cultural identity.

The promotional video highlights moments of connection and complicity, featuring a vibrant and expressive aesthetic enriched by sounds inspired by Afro-Latin rhythms. This approach positions La Chamuyera not only as a beer with flavor and style but also as an invitation to celebrate diversity and the art of bringing people together.
