In the field of education, it's important to provide students with tangible proof of their hard work and achievements. This is especially true in the world of cybersecurity, where students are expected to master complex concepts and skills to keep our digital world safe.

That's where Centro de Investigación Informática Lazarus came to me with a problem. They needed a way to automate the process of generating certificates for their cybersecurity students. Up until that point, they were doing it all manually, which was time-consuming and inefficient.

To solve this problem, I created a web application using Django Web Framework. The app takes data from an Excel file, which includes the course title, student information, and course hours, and inserts it into a pre-designed certificate template. The app then generates a PDF and sends it directly to the student. This entire process takes just a few seconds, saving the Lazarus team valuable time and resources.

By automating the certificate generation process, Centro de Investigación Informática Lazarus can now focus on what they do best - educating students in cybersecurity. And the students can now have tangible proof of their hard work and dedication in the field, which will help them in their future career endeavors.

This project highlights the power of technology to solve real-world problems and improve the educational experience for both educators and students.
