I was tasked to write Facebook ads and emails that introduced the upcoming Cybersecurity Program to their ideal target audience.

When doing the customer research, what I found was that AEC's audience were largely adults over the age of 30 with established careers. The target audience are looking to improve their careers either financially, educationally, or in position.
I identified that the target audience were largely risk averse because of where they are at in their life, and as such, I wanted to attract the audiences attention using an offer that was risk free.
AEC offers a quick and free information session to answer any questions the audience might have. By emphasizing this risk free option in the ads, it eliminates any doubts and gives the risk averse audience an offer that they couldn't refuse.
These ads prompted the students to sign up for a free information session that also added the students to our email list. Here, the relationship between the student and the business would be nurtured through education and value.
