Sleep Tracker & Meditation App - Liquid Glass UI
This project explored how a “liquid glass” visual style could transform the way users experience sleep tracking and meditation. The goal wasn’t just to make the app look beautiful, but to design an interface that feels calm, immersive, and emotionally grounding.
We crafted a fluid, light-driven mobile concept where sleep insights and meditation flows feel like part of the same peaceful experience - not separate tools.
What we used to complete this project:
Figma to prototype a translucent, liquid-glass inspired mobile interface
Depth, blur, and light-based UI layers to create a sense of calm and focus
Gentle motion design to support relaxation and guided meditation flows
This project resulted in a polished app concept that:
Blends sleep tracking and mindfulness into one cohesive experience
Turns health data into a calming, immersive visual language
Feels premium, modern, and intentionally slow-paced to support rest
