At Ryden International which is a Real Estate company I was responsible for all aspects of digital media and content creation.
•       I successfully came up with a social media marketing strategy that we implemented and led to an increase in social media interactions by 65% within 3months.
•       Planned for an open day for a land in Nanyuki with 50 plots that led to 30% successful sale of the plots on the day of viewing.
•       Implemented data-driven SEO strategies, resulting in improved organic search rankings and increased website visibility, leading to higher organic traffic and conversions for clients.
•       Led successful email marketing campaigns, driving increased open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement. Implemented segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted messaging, resulting in improved campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
•       Developed and executed content marketing strategies, including blog posts, infographics, and video content, resulting in improved brand positioning thought leadership, and increased organic website traffic by 100%.
•       I was actively involved in the sale of apartments and houses, and I was able to achieve sales of 20M-60M on average monthly.
•       Since I doubled up on this role as a professional photographer, I was also able to cover all the listed properties on the website and have a new face them with professional and quality photographs and videos.
