Bilt Rewards approached me to redesign the main page for their Bilt Alliance Program — a strategic initiative that partners with property managers and landlords to offer residents rent rewards and exclusive benefits. The existing page lacked clarity and failed to drive meaningful engagement. The goal was to create a more intuitive, conversion-driven experience that clearly communicated the program’s value while aligning with Bilt’s premium brand aesthetic.
Challenges
The original page had too much dense copy, making the benefits of the program hard to digest.
Key CTAs were buried and lacked urgency or clarity.
There was a lack of visual hierarchy and narrative flow.
Stakeholders wanted to maintain simplicity without compromising brand polish or performance.
Brand-Driven Design
I leaned into Bilt’s strong brand language — using elegant typography, high-contrast colors, and generous spacing to convey clarity and trust. Subtle animations and microinteractions helped keep the experience engaging without being distracting.
Results
While metrics are still being tracked post-launch, early feedback indicates:
A noticeable increase in demo requests and contact form submissions.
Improved engagement time and reduced bounce rate due to better clarity and flow.
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners, noting how the new page “finally tells the story in a way that feels both premium and clear.
