The Product is a Blueprinting software for all user levels to create personal or professional 2d floorplans. I conducted a heuristic evaluation of their upcoming revision to the software program. I evaluated based on human factors psychology understanding and interaction design heuristics. My process began with understanding the product, the market, the stakeholder goals, and the users.
