Product Lab • Brand Identity & Framer Build — From Zero to First Clients in a Week

Project Overview

Florent runs Product Lab, a Notion consulting practice helping teams and freelancers turn chaotic workflows into structured, scalable systems. When he came to me, his offer was solid but invisible.
No brand, no landing page, no way to communicate what he did or why it mattered. He was stuck before he even started. My job wasn't just to design a website. It was to build the foundation that would let him exist in the world.

I had a clear idea of my offer, but not the skills to design my brand identity or my landing page. Working with Jordane was super smooth: responsiveness, organization, and top-notch professionalism. The result: excellent feedback on the brand, and above all, I was able to close my first clients thanks to the LP.

The Challenge

1. An offer that existed only in his head Florent knew what he did. But his value proposition had never been put into words a stranger could understand in 10 seconds. Before any pixel was touched, the offer needed to be structured, clarified, and made tangible. That's strategy work, not just design.
2. Zero brand to build from No logo. No colors. No tone of voice. No reference point. Building a brand identity from scratch meant making creative decisions that had to feel right for him, differentiate him in a crowded market, and hold up across every touchpoint: slides, social, web.
3. Three weeks to ship a full ecosystem Landing page, branding, formation deck, social media templates — all in 3 weeks. Each deliverable had to feel cohesive, intentional, and ready to use independently. Not a MVP. A full kit.

The Solution & Deliverables

I built Product Lab's entire visual and strategic presence from the ground up.
Brand Identity — Logo, color palette, typography, and tone of voice designed to position Florent as a credible, modern Notion expert — approachable but professional.
Landing Page (Framer) — 9 sections designed to guide a cold visitor from "what is this?" to "I need to book a call." Copy and structure built around Florent's actual offer, with a direct Calendly integration so prospects could book without friction.
Formation Deck (Figma Slides) — A slide template system for his Notion training sessions, visually consistent with the brand and ready to use out of the box.
Social Media Templates (Figma Buzz) — A set of reusable templates so Florent could show up consistently on LinkedIn without starting from scratch every time.
All assets delivered as a cohesive system — not a collection of files, but a brand that works together.
