Layout choice: Caked layout
From various layouts for web design I choose caked layout for restaurant is because of the appealing way to show different products they can show case in one page and make them indulge them in the looks since looks and small details of food attracts users to order from the website or from app.

I made a twist by adding a scroll wheel so they no need to scroll the website to view all items they choose and kept a pair up products to recommend them to order.
