Milestone Morphosis is a visual concept created for the Contra Creative Hackathon, where the challenge was to design visuals for Contra’s earning milestones — $1k, $5k, $100k, and beyond.
Inspired by glass dispersion, biomorphic shapes, and the natural growth of freelancers through their journey, this project explores evolution through form, light, and motion. The goal was to create short, loopable animations that feel magical, digital-native, and representative of the freelance experience.
Everything started on paper. I sketched different evolution stages, from a glowing glass seed to a complex radiant form.
🌀 Image Generation
I used ImageFX to generate consistent visuals using glass-like materials and a dark background. Blue and purple lighting were key to adding emotion and depth to each stage.

🧪 Animation Exploration
I experimented with the animations using Krea and FloraAI . This helped me define the movement style before moving into final production.
Flora AI: I uploaded the generated images for each milestone stage, then used Flora’s node-based system to create smooth transitions by connecting key visual elements. By defining unions and refining the animation flow between shapes, I was able to generate clean, fluid motion that felt organic and intentional all without traditional keyframing.
🎞 Final Animation
The final loops were created with Flora AI https://www.florafauna.ai, where I could fully realize each milestone’s evolution in smooth, subtle motion.
🖼 Refinement
Assets were edited and composited in Photoshop, then polished and optimized in After Effects to ensure clean loops and visual consistency.
✨ Outcome
The result is a set of animated visuals that evolve with each milestone, designed to be used for profile badges, community content, and celebratory posts within Contra.
