Lyri Calibrations — Mobile + Web Admin (Design & Dev)

Lyri Calibrations needed to digitize their entire customer-facing and internal operations. Customers were ordering calibration supplies and services via phone and email. The admin team was managing everything in spreadsheets. Both sides needed a purpose-built system.

This was a full design-to-development engagement. The Figma designs served as the single source of truth for both the mobile app (Flutter) and the web admin panel.

Mobile app: Product catalog with category filtering, order tracking with real-time status, service booking flow, and push notification system

Admin panel: Order management dashboard, inventory tracking, customer database, and analytics overview

Consistent design system shared across mobile and web — same components, same patterns, different layouts

Offline-capable architecture for field technicians who may not always have connectivity

Mobile: Product browsing, cart, checkout, order history, service booking, profile

Admin: Dashboard, order management, inventory, customer CRM, reports

Shared: Design system with reusable components, typography scale, color tokens

Replaced phone/email ordering with a self-service mobile app and gave the operations team a real-time admin panel. End-to-end: Figma design to Flutter + Firebase production.
