Creative teams waste hours collecting feedback across scattered tools — Slack threads, email chains, comment docs. The client needed a dedicated space where feedback is structured, visual, and actionable.
Design Approach
The platform needed to feel social (engaging, lightweight) while being functional (structured feedback, version tracking). That tension drove every design decision.
Key design decisions:
Feed-based layout where shared work appears as rich media cards with inline feedback tools
Structured feedback forms: rating scales, tagged comments, and priority flags — not just free-text
Version comparison view for tracking iterations side-by-side
Notification system tuned for signal over noise — only actionable updates
Clean, neutral palette that doesn't compete with the creative work being reviewed
Screens Designed
Project feed with media-rich cards
Feedback detail view with annotation tools
Version comparison and iteration history
Team workspace and member management
Notification center
What It Solved
Replaced the "check Slack, check email, check the doc" feedback loop with a single surface. Feedback becomes structured data instead of scattered opinions.
