Timeline: 2 years and 3 months
As part of Audi’s bold shift toward a direct-to-consumer strategy, this project set out to modernize the vehicle buying process, without abandoning the importance of dealership partnerships, especially in North America. At the time, the official site didn’t allow customers to begin their purchase online, creating an opportunity to design a seamless digital shopping experience that bridged the physical and digital retail worlds.
The improvements we delivered boosted user engagement by 5% and increased CTA interactions by 20%. (mobile, tablet, desktop).
