UX/UI Redesign for Project Management Platform

This client is building the category-defining platform for complex project management. The platform had become clunky and difficult to use, with a dated visual design and numerous usability issues. The client needed a complete UX overhaul and a fresh visual design — one that would not only modernise the platform but also help them close new clients more effectively and retain existing ones.

A complete redesign transformed the platform and the overall feel. A new visual identity and design system brought consistency and flexibility, while a full UX overhaul improved user flows and navigation. Wireframes and final visuals ensured a polished, intuitive experience. All of this was done in 30 design days.
