With the release of SearchGPT and advancements in AI, It's time to upgrade our interfaces from clickable dashboards to interactive experiences.
From 100s of clicks → To Text / audio inputs.
From boolean search → To natural language search.
From hundreds of different pages → To one interactive interface.
From Text guides → To video, audio and interactive AI help.
Everyone in the B2B world is ready for it, just implementing it is difficult. And no, I don't think regular interfaces will disappear. There will always be tasks that can be done faster with a few clicks instead of asking AI.
