Designing trust into every transaction.
Verixa is a fintech escrow and dispute resolution platform concept designed around one difficult question:
What should happen when a transaction doesn't go as planned?
The biggest challenge wasn't creating a polished payment UI.
It was creating a system where both parties could understand:
where their money is, what happens next, and how a disagreement gets resolved.
I designed the experience around four principles:
01 — Transparency
Clear fees, payment details, and transaction status.
02 — Predictability
A guided flow that makes each step of the payment journey visible.
03 — Protection
Funds remain secured while a dispute is being reviewed.
04 — Structured resolution
Evidence, proposals, responses, and decisions replace scattered conversations.
