Designing a payment experience where trust is part of the UX.
For Verixa, I designed an escrow payment experience for businesses handling high-value transactions.
The challenge wasn’t simply creating a clean payment screen.
It was making a complex financial process feel clear, predictable, and trustworthy.
When users are moving money through escrow, they need immediate answers:
— Where is my money?
— Is it protected?
— What happens next?
— When will the funds be released?
I designed the experience around those questions, using clear hierarchy, transparent transaction details, and subtle trust signals without overwhelming the interface.
The goal:
Take the complexity out of escrow without hiding the complexity that users need to understand.
This is one screen from the larger Verixa product.
