JPM's DIB Platform aimed at revolutionizing Investment Banking through digital transformation. My role in the UX team involved crafting a proof of concept for an end-to-end platform, fostering alignment across business lines. Challenges included lack of cross-LOB collaboration, scattered resources, and siloed technology. Despite hurdles, the project showcased a robust data foundation, drove adoption of core products, improved banker efficiency, facilitated cross-LOB collaboration, and enhanced client engagement, ultimately leading to new deals and differentiated insights.
