Liquidnet, a global institutional trading network, sought to revolutionize its platform with Liquidnet 5 This innovative initiative aimed to integrate safe, actionable, and diverse liquidity, along with point-of-trade analytics, new execution capabilities, and commission management. The goal was to optimize trades and fund performance for its clientele, comprising over 780 of the world's leading asset managers and investors. My role involved collaborating with a Product Owner to develop an outcome-based strategy, fostering tech, UX, and business collaboration, and implementing a new design system.
