As a community manager for my last job, I managed the Twitter and Instagram accounts of the company. I created and published content, responded to comments and messages, and developed a social media strategy that aligned with the company's goals.
I collaborated with other departments to ensure consistency with the brand image, and regularly monitored and analyzed our performance to adjust the strategy as needed.
Additionally, I engaged with our followers by running contests, creating polls, and sharing user-generated content. My goal was to build a strong sense of community among our followers and foster a positive relationship between them and the company.
To do so, I balanced creativity, strategy, and relationship-building to create an engaging and successful social media presence on both platforms.
