RinggitPay is an up and coming FinTech start up that has set it's target to revolunitize payments in all of Malaysia. As a lead engineer and technical architect I have:

1. Designed fully automated KYC verification system for on-boarding new customers onto RinggitPay using image and text detection technologies, including liveness probes and selfie checks.

2. Created a credit verification system, integrating RinggitPay with an external credit agency and storing credit report data for further review.

3. Developed a system that allows the team to manually verify flagged reports by generating PDFs and review dashboards.

4. Fully automated cloud deployment of the KYC stack using AWS CDK and Cloud Formation with TypeScript.

5. Set technical direction by choosing the right architecture and sets of technologies.

6. Mentor and support the existing engineering team.

7. Develop React web application interacting with the backend using GraphQL.

8. Developed functionality in the web application to upload images of identity documents, video for liveness check and selfie photographs as part of user on-boarding.
