ETSI needed to create an exclusive, elegant, and relaxed space for networking. The challenge was to design an event that felt premium yet authentic, using Mediterranean elements to foster connection in a refined and memorable atmosphere.

We crafted a Mediterranean-inspired concept using natural materials, local vegetation, and a warm, coastal color palette. Every visual and spatial decision was made to reflect sophistication without excess, creating a comfortable flow for conversation and connection.

The event featured a curated gastronomic experience, live jazz sessions, and a signature cocktail. A custom photobooth and a professional aftermovie captured the energy and elegance of the night, enhancing brand presence across channels like LinkedIn.

We handled all hospitality and logistics, including RSVP management, guest check-in, welcome protocol, staffing, and decoration. The result was a seamless experience that elevated ETSI’s positioning through design, detail, and ambiance.
