Enhancing e-commerce experience for luxury brand @ CARTIER

As a Senior Consultant, I successfully lead the roll out of brand-new Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites for a high end luxury brand integrated with Fluent Commerce OMS

• Ecommerce websites for US and Canada customers

• Customer care portals for Ambassadors, Boutiques and Sales agents

• Cartridge and API Integrations – External SSO and single global customer view, Fluent

Commerce OMS, Forter Fraud Management, Adyen for Payments, inRiver PIM Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery sessions for the client with a large group of Senior stakeholders from various departments including ecommerce, Trading, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance and various other operations and third-party vendors and system owners to capture business requirements

• Prepared a MVP product backlog and engaged with client stakeholders to get buy in and sign off

• Prepared product vision and features backlog for Phase 1 and Phase 2 (post MVP phases)

• Successfully delivered MVP go live in time for holiday peak sales

• Support the Scrum dev team (distributed teams - nearshore and offshore) for product build

phase

• Reporting progress and JIRA dashboards to negotiate scope and arrest any waste thereby

focussing on delivering value-based user stories
