As a Product Owner, I successfully lead the replatform from a legacy platform to brand-new Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites for this high-end luxury brand integrated with OMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud

• Ecommerce websites for US, Europe and Rest of the World customers

• Cartridge and API Integrations – eShopworld, SFMC, SFSC

• Custom Integrations – 3PL (3 rd Party logistics), ERP, PIM

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery workshops for the client with a large group of Senior stakeholders from various departments including ecommerce, Trading, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance and various other operations and third-party vendors and system owners to capture business requirements

• Prepared an MVP product backlog and engaged with client stakeholders to get buy in and sign off

• Worked with UX /UI design teams to create wireframes and design in line to customer requirements and reviewed them with business for sign off.

• Refined user stories through backlog refinement sessions with inputs from Scrum Dev Team, Design Team,Architect and Business Stake holders.

• Lead sprint ceremonies like sprint planning and review sessions with scrum team and business Stake holders.

• Prepared product vision and features backlog for Phase 1 and Phase 2 (post MVP phases)

• Successfully delivered MVP go live in time for meeting launch deadline

• Support the Scrum dev team (distributed teams - nearshore and offshore) for product build

phase

• Reporting progress and JIRA dashboards to negotiate scope and arrest any waste thereby

focussing on delivering value-based user stories
