Database construction for legal organizations

A Japanese legal association wanted to build a database, but since they were not IT experts, they outsourced the technology selection and database construction to an outside company. They liked the proposal I wrote and, as an IT consultant and software developer, I became the project manager.
We adopted an agile development method for the project and used the following services so that the client could check our progress at any time:
* Document creation: Notion
* Illustration created by Miro
* Other document storage: Microsoft 365
* Online meeting: Zoom
The database used was a Japanese online database called kintone. This was chosen because the customer already knew about it.
I was given a poorly organized Excel file as a data source. I had to process it so that it could be imported into kintone, but since the time was short, I left the coding of the data conversion script to ChatGPT and generated the Python script without any coding.
We had weekly online meetings to share last week's progress and this week's plans. To do this, we used Notion's Kanban board and explained the progress of each user story using Zoom screen sharing.
I can of course code, but I feel that writing code from scratch is too time consuming in this day and age. By utilizing modern tools, we were able to shorten the project period. As a result, costs were reduced and the customer was satisfied.
