When a real estate development struggled with lead generation and had sold only 1 of 11 apartments over six months, I was brought in to design adynamic, results-driven marketing strategy. By repositioning the project as a boutique offering, I helped create a unique, high-end appeal in a competitive market.
Unique Strategy: Developed an innovative marketing approach based on in-depth market research, emphasizing a distinctive, boutique brand experience that appealed directly to high-value buyers.
Branding & Visual Identity: Crafted a cohesive branding package, including a custom color palette and font selection that aligned seamlessly with the logo and architectural simulations produced by an agency. This consistent identity was applied across all materials, including original visuals I designed for social media and an on-site banner.
Collaborative Approach: Partnered with the company’s architects to create visual simulations that highlighted the project’s customizability and enhanced its appeal to potential buyers.
Content Creation: Produced and directed engaging video and social media content, showcasing the development through simulations and architectural insights. Distributed across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, local newspapers, and with on-site banners.
Results: Within 3 months, the campaign generated 20 qualified leads—a 2000% increase—and boosted sales by 700%, with 7 additional apartments sold, effectively repositioning the development in the market.
Working on this project was incredibly rewarding, and it was a lot of fun to collaborate creatively and see tangible results that exceeded expectations.
